L'entrepreneuriat collectif comme produit et projet d'entreprises épistémiques : le cas des Coopératives d'Activités et d'Emploi

Abstract

Les Coopératives d'Activités et d'Emploi (CAE) constituent une forme méconnue d'entreprises qui revendiquent l'expression « entrepreneuriat collectif » comme étant tout à la fois ce qui les définit et ce qu'elles génèrent. L'entrepreneuriat collectif y est proposé à des porteurs de projets sous la forme d'une « entreprise partagée » alternative à la création d'entreprise classique, notamment individuelle. Ce modèle économique nouveau met en œuvre une pédagogie de la coopération dans une démarche d'apprentissage / innovation en matière entrepreneuriale. Il s'agit de favoriser la réussite de chacun en construisant ensemble une entreprise mutualisée dans laquelle tous se donnent collectivement du droit, de la sécurité, de la protection sociale. Cet article repose sur un travail de recherche-action continu dans le domaine. S'appuyant sur des travaux portant sur le monde du logiciel libre, il propose une définition des CAE comme entreprises épistémiques, qui se construisent par et pour l'invention de nouvelles pratiques managériales et organisationnelles.
