Abstract

Consécutivement à la reprise économique post-covid et au conflit en Ukraine, les villes françaises sont contraintes à un management de l'austérité, mais aussi à une communication sur les mesures mises en oeuvre. L'information publiée dans la Presse Quotidienne Régionale et les Rapports d'Orientation Budgétaires des communes font l'objet d'analyses textuelles et d'une comparaison de leurs contenus respectifs. Les résultats de l'étude empirique attestent d'une stratégie de communication en deux temps : annonces brutales de fermetures d'équipements publics dans la presse puis programmes structurels dans la communication financière locale.
