Abstract

Les salariés et bénévoles d'Emmaüs sont au cœur de la tourmente consécutive aux révélations sur les comportements de leur fondateur, l'abbé Pierre. Pour ces personnes souvent très engagées, le choc est particulièrement important. L'association devra mobiliser d'importantes ressources pour les soutenir et les aider. Quelles sont les stratégies possibles ? Laquelle est la plus efficace ?
