Abstract

Online innovation communities (OICs) are used by companies to mobilize user networks and enable the generation or validation of new ideas. In order to benefit from the knowledge produced by an OIC, the company must develop specific organizational routines and practices to build a dynamic absorptive capacity (ACAP) of knowledge generated by OICs. The ISEACIL collaborative method aims to support companies through a reflective approach in the analysis and improvement of their practices.
