Abstract

In the era of rapid digitalization, companies operate in a complex and transformative business environment driven by digital tools and technological advancements. This research aims at investigating the relationships between digitalization, analytical skills, innovation, and organizational performance. Data is collected based on 118 valid surveys from respondents belonging to several French companies. The empirical investigation uses SmartPLS4. Findings from this research contribute to the existing literature by shedding light on the mechanisms through which digitalization, analytical skills, and innovation collectively influence organizational performance. Implications for practitioners and avenues for future research are discussed.
