Abstract

Cet article examine l'adoption des innovations tarifaires comme stratégie de gestion des risques budgétaires, en s'appuyant sur le retour d'expérience d'une organisation communale. L'étude met en évidence les tensions entre impératifs financiers et enjeux politiques, ainsi que les compromis nécessaires pour la mise en œuvre efficace de ces initiatives.
