Abstract

L'article aborde la prise de décision dans un environnement incertain, soulignant la nécessité de dépasser les méthodes traditionnelles trop rigides. Il propose trois principes pour guider les dirigeants : simplifier l'information pour éviter la paralysie par l'analyse, prendre des décisions rapides mais réversibles, et utiliser la technologie pour anticiper et éclairer les choix stratégiques. L'article insiste sur l'importance d'une approche itérative, testant rapidement des hypothèses, et d'une exécution agile pour naviguer dans l'incertitude. En conclusion, il présente la prise de décision stratégique comme un art qui se perfectionne avec l'expérience et l'adaptation.
