Quel avenir pour les exportations agricoles de la France ?

Abstract

Depuis les années 1960, la France a progressivement et considérablement accru ses productions agricoles. Disposant d'excédents importants, elle a pu augmenter ses exportations, d'abord en Europe, puis dans les pays tiers. Ces positions commerciales lentement et laborieusement constituées semblaient solides. Or elles sont maintenant fragilisées, pour deux raisons principales : l'environnement international est moins favorable, et notre potentiel exportable est affaibli.
