Abstract

Le commerce électronique est devenu un élément essentiel, et non plus une simple option, pour divers moteurs de croissance en Afrique. L'adoption par l'Union africaine de la stratégie de commerce électronique en juin 2024, puis du protocole de commerce électronique de la ZLECAf le 15 février 2025, sont des étapes importantes pour la révolution du commerce numérique en Afrique et son rôle dans l'intégration régionale. Dans cette note, nous revenons sur ces deux initiatives ainsi que sur les défis à relever.
