Abstract

Ce travail de recherche s'intéresse aux enjeux des politiques publiques de développement et de régulation du commerce induites par son électronisation. RésuméCette recherche s'intéresse aux places de marchés locales mises en oeuvre par les collectivités publiques et dont le nombre a augmenté notamment depuis la pandémie de la Covid-19. En s'appuyant sur une analyse d'articles de la presse locale, d'une dizaine de plateformes ainsi que sur des interviews de managers de centre-ville, ce travail interroge la capacité de ce dispositif à constituer l'avenir du commerce de centre-ville. Des enjeux de nature stratégique et opérationnelle sont mis en exergue. Les questions d'accompagnement des commerçants et de littératie digitale sont évoquées.
