Abstract

Le Design Thinking est une méthode d'innovation incrémentale, centrée sur l'utilisateur. En pratique, il existe différentes approches du Design Thinking. Cet article présente une grille de lecture de ces différentes approches, ainsi que les outils associés. Il propose également un aperçu des différents domaines d'applications : de l'industrie à l'entrepreneuriat, en passant par les institutions publiques et dans les écoles de commerce et d'ingénieur. Il s'interroge enfin sur l'avenir de cette discipline.
