Abstract

L'humanité est aujourd'hui soumise à des mutations profondes qui redessinent et requestionnent la place, le rôle et le devenir des entrepreneurs : les défis énergétiques, démographiques, sociétaux, technologiques... Ces ruptures créent des possibilités d'innovation, de créativité et de nouveaux modèles à inventer.Les acteurs de l'accompagnement (coachs, conseillers, mentors, experts) doivent à présent reparamétrer leur schéma de pensée, leur comportement, leur relation pour faire face aux défis actuels (effet crowd, tiers-lieux, web 3.0, design thinking, networking, cloud computing, générations z).Cet ouvrage dresse les capacités de ces nouveaux professionnels, nommés les « Entrepreneurship facilitators », classées en 4 catégories : l'intelligence collective - IC (réseau, interconnexion, collaboration), l'intelligence artificielle - IA (plateformes collaboratives, financements participatifs, big data), l'intelligence émotionnelle - IE (conscience et maîtrise de soi, empathie, aptitudes sociales) et l'intelligence andragogique - Ian (I capacité d'apprentissage des adultes dans et par l'action, entreprendre pour apprendre, esprit critique basé sur l'expérience).
