Abstract

Cet article montre comment une technologie contribue à la financiarisation du médico-social en convoquant une idéologie du marché au nom d'une prétendue efficacité. Cette idéologie se construit à travers un langage commun (1), un consensus sur les bienfaits de la concurrence (2) et un transfert des responsabilités de régulation (3). Cette financiarisation « technologisée » s'appuie sur une technologie réputée neutre, à laquelle il est donné la place du politique dans les décisions de tarification.
