Abstract

The action research "Alpine apple(s)" is developed within the framework of a constructivist feedback. The SME producing fruit and vegetables is trying to overcome the crisis of its mission and its legitimacy. Due to the weakness of its resources, the development of the new entrepreneurial justification, in the face of the different "stakeholders", is only possible collectively. The product/territory pair illustrates the formation, from meta-rules, of this strategy as a process of cohesion between individual and collective projects.
