Abstract

The social and solidarity economy (SSE) acquired its legal status with the law of July 31, 2014. In terms of statistical importance, the SSE, in France, represents 10% of the GDP, 14% of employees and 200,000 companies. The case presented in this communication concerns an Insertion company - called ALPHA - anchored in the PACA territory operating in many sectors of activity: catering, recycling, cleaning, transport, construction, green spaces, etc.
