Abstract

Gendarme, policier, agent pénitentiaire, vigile, policier municipal… La palette des métiers de la protection publique et privée qui cherchent à recruter est vaste. Le contexte tendu du marché français de l'emploi entraîne des difficultés quant à la quantité et la qualité des recrues. Une situation qui peut potentiellement créer des risques en termes de compétences ou de sécurité intérieure.
