Abstract

En mai 2024, Mohamed Amra, dit « La Mouche », orchestre une spectaculaire évasion au péage d'Incarville, coûtant la vie à deux agents pénitentiaires. Sa cavale de neuf mois, planifiée avec l'appui de la Black Mafia Family (BMF), repose sur un réseau logistique sophistiqué : logements sécurisés, faux documents, communications cryptées et financement constant. Arrêté en Roumanie en février 2025, son cas illustre le rôle central de la logistique dans le crime organisé. La coopération entre les autorités françaises, Interpol et les forces de l'ordre européennes a permis son arrestation, soulignant l'importance d'infiltrer puis démanteler les infrastructures criminelles. Plus qu'une traque, l'affaire Amra met en lumière la nécessité d'une approche stratégique contre la criminalité transnationale.
