Abstract

Quand le harcèlement s'avère payantDepuis la médiatisation de la notion de « harcèlement moral », à travers le livre éponyme de Marie-France Hirigoyen 1 , ce concept a été largement dévoyé. Il devient presque impossible aujourd'hui de rencontrer un salarié qui ne se déclare pas harcelé par son chef ou bien un de ses collègues ! On connaît pourtant le conte musical de Pierre et le Loup : à force de qualifier de harcèlement le moindre dysfonctionnement relationnel, le risque est fort que l'employeur ne prenne qu'à moitié au sérieux les cas réels de harcèlement moral.Face à un cas avéré, l'entreprise est d'ailleurs tentée de se dédouaner en pointant la responsabilité purement personnelle du harceleur : un loup serait entré dans la bergerie. Cette vision manichéenne a le mérite d'être rassurante : il suffirait de chasser le grand méchant loup pour que le troupeau retrouve calme et sérénité.
