Les impacts du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) sur les métiers de la chaîne logistique. Une lecture par les méta-organisations

Abstract

Les Groupements Hospitaliers de Territoire (GHT) ont été introduits par la Loi n°2016-41 de modernisation de notre système de santé. C'est un dispositif juridique qui rend obligatoire la coopération entre plusieurs établissements publics de santé au sein d'un même territoire sans qu'il ne soit question de fusion juridique entre ces entités. Dans le cadre de cette recherche, notre problématique repose sur l'étude de l'impact exercé par les GHT sur des métiers de la chaîne logistique et des achats (vision supply chain management). Notre objectif est plus précisément de décrire et d'analyser de potentiels facteurs d'impact de la méta-organisation GHT et leurs natures d'effets sur les métiers individuels de trois des principaux acteurs de la chaîne logistique dans les établissements publics de santé : les responsables pharmacie, achat/logistique et transports.
