L’emballement du prix des logements en France : Contexte et enjeux

Abstract

Quelles explication à l'emballement des prix des logements en France depuis le début des années 2000 ? Quels outils sont mis en place par les acteurs de la régulation pour lutter contre cet emballement immobilier et avec quels effets ? La présentation répond à ces questions en revenant sur les effets inattendus de deux politiques supposées enrayer l'inflation immobilière : les politiques du choc d'offre neuve et les politiques du choc d'offre foncière.
