Abstract

L'objectif de ce papier est d'identifier les combinaisons de facteurs (configurations) qui influencent l'intégration de la RSE dans la stratégie d'une entreprise. En s'intéressant à des entreprises particulières de l'économie sociale et solidaire, les Sociétés COopératives et Participatives (SCOP), qui ont récemment choisi de communiquer sur leurs efforts en matière de RSE, l'approche qualitative comparée et son extension récente par la méthode des coïncidences (CNA) ont été mobilisées sur les réponses à un questionnaire national. Les résultats statistiques montrent la présence de différentes combinaisons de facteurs révélant des interactions qui vont au-delà des prédictions des visions structurelles et stratégiques des sociétés coopératives.
