Macron et la «dépression du confinement» : le miroir de l’expérience Roosevelt

Abstract

La crise économique post-confinement s'annonce à l'évidence aussi violente et énigmatique que celle que traversèrent les Américains dans les années 1930. Une lecture de la stratégie de F.D. Roosevelt pour lutter contre cette Grande Crise du capitalisme permet de discuter les possibles voies d'issues aux dépressions exceptionnelles. Et donc, d'évaluer les pistes proposées par le Président Macron.
