Abstract

This research work proposes to test and verify the insertion in a two-way loop of managerial innovation, agility capacity and company performance. Loop relationships produce reciprocal and nested effects between dynamic capabilities such as managerial innovation and agility and between these capabilities and company performance. Through these effects and through this circular process, we associate these notions to speak of agile and efficient managerial innovation. Our quantitative research generated an empirical study on a sample of 180 companies to confirm six research hypotheses tracing two-way relationships between managerial innovation, agility capacity and superior performance.
