L’impact du développement de la grande distribution sur le comportement d’achat des consommateurs roumains : le cas de la ville de Cluj Napoca

Abstract

Le développement du commerce en Roumanie prend de nouvelles formes et se structure autour de quelques grandes enseignes (Métro, Carrefour, Auchan, Billa…). Sur le marché roumain les concepts d'hypermarché, de supermarché, de cash and Carry, de centres commerciaux (Mall) sont très récents et relativement « nouveaux » pour les consommateurs. Ils contribuent à faire évoluer les comportements d'achat. Le consommateur roumain est en phase d'apprentissage d'un comportement d'achat plus occidentalisé. Ainsi, cette publication se propose de mieux comprendre l'attitude des consommateurs face au développement des grandes surfaces et son comportement de fréquentation de ces points de vente. Une étude conduite en août 2006 auprès d'un échantillon de 300 ménages dans une ville où la distribution est en cours de structuration met en évidence un positionnement en construction. Les résultats de la recherche nous permettent d'identifier les points sur lesquels les enseignes doivent s'appuyer.
