Abstract

La responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise a été principalement abordée à travers les motivations de l'entreprise et la façon dont l'entreprise la déploie. Cette communication se propose de l'aborder comme un outil de création de valeur au sein d'une chaine d'acteurs (entreprise réseau). Dans cette dimension collaborative la RSE conduit à revoir la notion de périmètre de l'entreprise d'identifier la contribution et la perception des acteurs de la filière viticole du point de vue des petits viticulteurs indépendants. L'étude propose de l'aborder à travers la filière viticole. Une étude exploratoire autour d'interviews conduites auprès de viticulteurs fait l'objet d'une analyse manuelle et logicielle et débouche sur la proposition de pistes de réflexion autour du réseau.
