Abstract

Liderstvo je kompleksni, multidimenzionalni proces u kojem pojedinac, lider ostvaruje uticaj na grupu, sledbenike radi ostvarivanja zajedničkog cilja. U odnosu na nivo kompetentnosti i posvećenosti, postoje sledbenici različitih razvojnih nivoa, a lider mora da bude sposoban da iste dijagnostifikuje. Različiti liderski stilovi, poput naredbodavnog stila, stilova podučavanja, podrške ili delegiranje predstavljaju šablon ponašanja koji lider koristi. Do efektivnog liderstva dolazi kada lider moţe precizno da odredi razvojni nivo sledbenika i potom upotrebi stil liderstva koji odgovara datoj situaciji i određenom razvojnom nivou. Ovim radom analizirana je primena teorije situacionog liderstva i usklađivanje stila liderstva sa razvojnim stepenom sledbenika.
