Abstract

Лидерство представља прави феномен у пословном свету и у академској заједници, која га проучава и покушава да дефинише већ више од једног века. У раду је анализиран и сублимиран богат преглед теорија и приступа лидерству, који су истраживани у литератури. Рад је намењен истраживачима лидерства, као и заинтересованој стручној и научној јавности и представља полазну основу за даља истраживања. Циљ рада је да изврши преглед досадашњих теорија и компарацијом утврди сличности и разлике између појединих теоријских приступа. Важност ове анализе огледа се у томе што је на крају постављена свеобухватна дефиниција лидерства. Резултати до којих се дошло приликом сублимирања различитих теорија могу користити истраживачима за будућа истраживања на тему лидерства.
