Abstract

za primenjeni menadžment, ekonomiju i finansije, Beograd Vuk Mirčetić Univerzitet Privredna akademija u Novom Sadu, Fakultet za primenjeni menadžment, ekonomiju i finansije, Beograd Mlađan Maksimović Univerzitet Privredna akademija u Novom Sadu, Fakultet za primenjeni menadžment, ekonomiju i finansije, Beograd Darjan Karabašević Univerzitet Privredna akademija u Novom Sadu, Fakultet za primenjeni menadžment, ekonomiju i finansije, Beograd Sažetak: Rad se bavi fenomenološkim proučavanjem pojma poslovna etika i usklađenošću interne komunikacije s produktivnošću organizacije i pozitivnim mišljenjem javnog mnjenja. U radu su izložena stanovišta o uticaju komunikacionih formi i relacija komunikatora u odnosu na efektivnost poslovanja. Među glavnim fokusima menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u savremenim organizacijama jeste način komunikacije i protok informacija u interpersonalnim odnosima, ali i među sektorima a radi ostvarivanja
