Abstract

Grazie ad una curiosità intellettuale inesausta, ad una profonda erudizione economica, all'amicizia intellettuale con Marco Fanno, Gino Zappa approfondisce la corrente istituzionalista durante la formazione ed il consolidamento della sua teoresi (1903-1937), l'Economia aziendale, facendone uno dei punti di riferimento della sua riflessione. Il presente contributo indaga in chiave comparata l'influsso degli istituzionalisti americani, in particolare di Veblen e di Commons, definendolo come uno dei pilastri della teoria dinamica dell'azienda quale istituto economico destinato a perdurare.
