Abstract

Le processus de paix colombien, après des décennies de violence armée, est une chance mais également un défi pour ce pays. Face à l'ampleur de la tâche, les entreprises françaises présentes sur place mettent en place des dispositifs de RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) pour favoriser un retour à la stabilité, au bénéfice de toutes les parties prenantes.La Colombie, située tout au Nord du continent sud-américain et peuplée de 49 millions d'habitants, est la quatrième économie d'Amérique latine. Depuis plusieurs décennies, elle est confrontée à un conflit armé entre l'État colombien et des milices armées. Les deux plus tristement célèbres milices sont les FARC (Forces Armées Révolutionnaires Colombiennes) et l'ELN (Armée de Libération Nationale). Voilà quelques années cependant qu'un processus de paix est amorcé. Dans ce contexte instable, les entreprises françaises très présentes dans le pays jouent un rôle non négligeable de facilitateurs, au moyen notamment de la Responsabilité sociétale qu'elles souhaitent assumer.
