Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse l'effet des méthodes agiles sur la créativité organisationnelle dans le jeu vidéo. Florence Jeannot, Maxime Mellard et Guy Parmentier construisent et testent un modèle dans lequel la méthode agile a un effet direct sur l'originalité perçue d'un jeu vidéo et un effet indirect via les capacités créatives d'une organisation. L'étude valide l'effet direct de l'utilisation de méthodes agiles sur la créativité des jeux vidéo, ainsi que l'effet médiateur des capacités créatives entre méhodes agiles et créativité de ces jeux vidéo.
