Abstract

Ce chapitre d'ouvrage part d'un constat simple : si les invitations de gestionnaires en activité font partie des cursus de gestion, les témoignages de ceux qu'ils encadrent sont très rarement entendus, c'est-à-dire écoutés et compris par les élèves des écoles de gestion. Quels dispositifs pédagogiques adopter pour développer les capacités d'écoute des étudiants en gestion, pour enclencher un apprentissage visant la prise en compte des revendications des salariés et des syndicats qui les représentent et, in fine, pour promouvoir la santé et le bien-être au travail ? Ce chapitre esquisse des éléments de réponse à cette question.
