Impact de la Décentralisation des Organisations sur les Systèmes d'Information

Abstract

Les nouveaux modèles d'affaires issus du cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) et des nouvelles habitudes de consommation (smartphone, réseaux sociaux, etc.), impliquent de nouvelles formes de travail et de vie. La structure des organisations s'en trouve modifiée : le télétravail se démocratise partiellement, les loisirs s'intègrent un peu plus aux horaires professionnelles, etc. Les organisations pyramidales et les horaires de présence s'adaptent peu à peu à des modes moins stricts où les équipes peuvent directement échanger entre elles (comme le permet par exemple l'holacracy). Le but de la recherche est de comprendre quelles modifications sont appliquées aux systèmes d'information et de proposer des outils pour calculer les changements et les coûts induits. Plus généralement, chaque chose participant au phénomène de décentralisation pourrait être formalisée pour connaitre son impact sur le SI.
