Abstract

In ‘Book 4', Lionel Pancrazio develops a strategic and methodological approach applied to real assets, which are consubstantial with the human urban lifestyle, and to the case of real estate in the face of the challenges of sustainable development. His writings are based on a cross-disciplinary background: first, his professional experience, in particular at the head of a management company and a fund ranked number one in Europe and one of the top three in the world (with Morgan Stanley), while integrating responsible and sustainable investment criteria. Second, an academic experience, teaching at Enpc, Hec Paris, Science Po Paris, Dauphine-PSL University, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sorbonne University, where he is an associate researcher.
