Abstract

Cette recherche en cours explore l'effet de l'utilisation des Intelligences Artificielles Génératives (IAG) sur les caractéristiques essentielles du travail (Hackman & Oldham, 1976) que sont la variété des compétences mobilisées, l'identité et l'importance des tâches, l'autonomie et le feedback reçu sur ses résultats. Dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche plus large dans une grande entreprise française, une première série de 12 entretiens avec des employés utilisateurs d'IAG révèle des effets complexes sur ces différentes caractéristiques. Ceux-ci suggèrent que l'effet des IAG sur le travail est plus ambigu qu'un simple enrichissement ou qu'une simple automatisation des tâches. Nous rendons compte de ces premiers résultats et discutons de potentiels changements dans les liens entre ces caractéristiques du travail et les états psychologiques qu'ils induisent.
