Abstract

Cette recherche s'intéresse à la manière dont les acteurs tiers réagissent aux situations d'injustice survenant en milieu professionnel. Pour étudier les comportements à l'œuvre, nous mobilisons comme cadre d'analyse le « courage oppositionnel », adoptons une démarche compréhensive et prenons appui sur 28 récits. Nos résultats mettent au jour un désengagement moral de la part de personnes investies de la fonction RH et révèlent l'impact de l'absence de réponse adaptée sur la dynamique de courage oppositionnel des acteurs tiers. Deux types de courage oppositionnel sont alors mis en lumière. Le premier s'appuie sur une identité morale forte, alors que le second nécessite en sus un sentiment d'auto-efficacité important.
