Abstract

En France, la globalisation et la pression concurrentielle à laquelle sont confrontées les universités et leurs composantes en sciences de gestion rendent nécessaire la mise en œuvre de partenariats avec des universités étrangères pour mettre en place des programmes d'échange internationaux. Cette stratégie s'inscrit dans un contexte financier difficile et au passage à l'autonomie des universités. Cette étude a pour objectif de comprendre la place accordée aux relations internationales au sein des Instituts Universitaires de Technologie. Les résultats mettent en évidence un lien entre les caractéristiques d'administration de type Wébérienne et de type New Public Management, et le développement des services relations internationales.
