Abstract

Cette recherche interroge le lien entre un engagement explicite des PME dans la RSE d'une part, et un engagement global envers ses parties prenantes de l'autre. Une enquête par questionnaire auprès de 106 PME tunisiennes a été menée pour analyser les pratiques sociétales mises en œuvre. Se basant sur les méthodes de classification, quatre groupes d'engagement RSE homogènes ont été identifiés. Les résultats de cette recherche permettent de confirmer que les PME ayant adopté une certification en lien avec la RSE ont tendance à intégrer des démarches globales multi-parties prenantes. Toutefois, les conclusions concernant les PME qui opèrent dans une activité à caractère sociétal, comme les éco-entreprises et les entreprises sociales, ne permettent pas de démontrer que celles-ci s'engagent dans une démarche responsable globale.
