L’émergence et l’opérationnalisation d’une logique d’action responsable chez les dirigeants de petites et moyennes entreprises

Abstract

Cette recherche propose de s'interroger sur la relation entre la vision et la représentation du dirigeant de petite et moyenne entreprise (PME) et l'émergence d'une logique d'action responsable. En effet, les PME constituent le cœur du tissu économique français et sont de plus en plus sollicitées pour adopter des pratiques et stratégies responsables. Pour caractériser la vision, nous distinguons deux approches : l'une instrumentale et l'autre cognitive (Gond et Igalens, 2016). La représentation de la RSE est analysée selon trois aspects : la perception d'une dimension stratégique ou non, la projection à court ou à long terme, et la conception de la RSE, soit globale, soit opposant l'économique au social et à l'environnemental. Les logiques d'action responsable sont appréhendées dans la lignée des travaux de Rooke et Torbert (2005) puis de Boiral, Cayer et Baron (2009) et Boiral, Baron et Gunnlaugsin (2014) qui en ont proposé une typologie. L'étude des logiques d'action responsable dans six cas de PME nous a permis d'établir une typologie de trois profils de dirigeants et de les relier aux actions mises en œuvre.
