L’identification de la fonction risk manager en France : que font les risk managers ?

Abstract

The aim of this article is to identify the risk manager's activity. An analysis framework built from works of Wrzenieswski and Dutton (2001) allowed us to study it around three dimensions: tasks, image, relationships. The analysis realized from interviews managed in thirteen firms, clarifies the activity and the function of risk manager, explains them through the issues of privileged interlocutor and influence, puts in perspective their development.
