Abstract

L'examen des modes de gestion des opérateurs de remontées mécaniques français conduit à questionner leur rôle et influence sur la performance de ces entreprises. L'étude empirique menée auprès d'opérateurs de remontées mécaniques rend compte des différentes structures de gouvernance appliquées pour assurer la compétitivité des stations de sports d'hiver et le soutien de l'activité touristique de ces territoires. Ce travail analyse la relation entre modes de gestion et performance à l'aide de la méthode DEA et d'un test statistique Kruskal-Wallis. La discussion permet de mettre en avant des contributions managériales.
