Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de développer une discussion critique des cadres d'analyse existants dans le champ de l'entrepreneuriat, afin de souligner leurs limites pour nous aider à comprendre la nature des projets entrepreneuriaux, qui se revendiquent d'un « entreprendre autrement », soit de l'économie sociale et solidaire. Nous avons choisi de construire notre réflexion à partir des travaux fondateurs de C. Bruyat (1993, 1994), circonscrivant l'entrepreneuriat comme la dialogique individu / création de valeur. Ces recherches s'inscrivent dans la perspective de la construction sociale développée en théories des organisations autour du principe dialogique entre l'individu et le structurel (Bouchhiki 1990, 1993 ; Kimberly et Bouchikhi, 1995 ; Rouleau, 2007). Ce travail nous a conduit à amender le cadre théorique de Bruyat, en raison de ses relatives limites pour appréhender des phénomènes entrepreneuriaux collectifs porteurs de valeur sociale, et à proposer de nouvelles perspectives à partir d'une approche par le projet développée par des chercheurs travaillant à l'édification d'une théorie du projet (Bréchet, 1994 ; Bréchet et Desreumaux, 2004, 2005a,b,c).
