La prise en compte des émotions dans le comportement des actionnaires individuels minoritaires. Construction et validation d’échelles de mesure

Abstract

Le décryptage du comportement des actionnaires individuels par une mesure de leurs émotions peut être un atout pour les entreprises cherchant à assurer leur pérennité à long terme. Ainsi notre objet de recherche s'articule autour de deux types d'émotions avec d'une part les émotions liées à la nature même de l'individu (l'appétence vis-à-vis des marchés financiers et l'optimisme), d'autre part les émotions potentiellement ressenties vis-à-vis des sociétés dont ils détiennent les titres (l'attachement et la familiarité). Après avoir fait état d'une revue de littérature permettant la formulation d'items, nous proposons de vérifier la fiabilité des échelles, effectuée grâce au calcul du coefficient alpha de Cronbach et à l'évaluation de l'unidimensionnalité des échelles grâce à une analyse factorielle exploratoire.
