Plan du chapitre : 7.1. Des évolutions attendues de la part des pouvoirs publics : - 7.1.1. Une coordination renforcée entre les administrations nationales ; - 7.1.2. Un travail plus transversal et partenarial des ARS ; - 7.1.3. Un financement partagé et des incitations financières à la coordination ; 7.2. La nécessaire reconfiguration de chaque secteur de l'offre de service : - 7.2.1. Pour les acteurs des soins primaires ; - 7.2.2. Pour les établissements de santé ; - 7.2.3. Pour les secteurs médico-social et social ; - 7.2.4. Dans les articulations entre secteurs. 7.3. L'impact sur les professionnels de la santé et du social : - 7.3.1.
