L’aide internationale dédiée à la jeunesse réfugiée au Liban du point de vue des acteurs locaux

Abstract

Le Liban a connu ces dernières années une augmentation considérable des flux de financement étrangers à des fins humanitaires ou de développement, pour des projets visant à la fois le sol libanais, avec son importante population de réfugiés, et le sol syrien. Il apparaît notamment que les « jeunes » sont un objectif prioritaire des projets financés par les bailleurs de fonds, et ce plus encore depuis 2011, alors que les soulèvements arabes ont largement été interprétés comme le fait d'une jeunesse en révolte contre son exclusion politique, économique ou sociale. A partir de réflexions menées sur les effets de l'aide internationale dans le contexte palestinien, je me suis intéressé aux projets dédiés à la jeunesse réfugiée, palestinienne et syrienne, au Liban.
