Abstract

La dernière réforme de l'assurance-chômage consiste à réduire la durée d'indemnisation quand le contexte macroéconomique est favorable. Or Olivier Bouba Olga, professeur des universités (Université de Poitiers) et chef de service « Études et prospective » au Pôle Datar de la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, montre, à partir d'une cartographie des besoins en recrutement sur le territoire métropolitain, que prendre le problème sous l'angle de « l'opportunisme » des chômeurs sera inefficace dans la grande majorité des cas.
