Monnaie Unique : les marchés financiers mettent les dirigeants européens au diapason

Abstract

Le premier semestre 2010 a été marqué par une forte agitation financière sur le marché monétaire. Au cœur de la tourmente, se trouvait l'Euro dont la crédibilité était remise en cause en raison de l'endettement considérable de certains de ses membres. La pression exercée par les marchés financiers a contraint les dirigeants européens à se porter dans un premier temps au secours de la Grèce, puis de la zone Euro dans son ensemble. Cette crise des dettes publiques européennes et son solutionnement temporaire réveillent les problématiques juridiques relatives à l'encadrement de la discipline budgétaire par le traité et de droit dérivé.
