Dynamiques d’ouverture et intrapreneuriat : innover sans tout détruire ? L’écosystème mondialisé de l’éducation au management

Abstract

À l'inverse de l'idée que dans une démarche d'innovation ouverte, la grande organisation mène uniquement des innovations d'exploitation, tandis qu'autour d'elle, des structures plus entrepreneuriales se consacrent à l'exploration, l'article se penche sur le défi organisationnel et managérial d'une stratégie d'innovation collaborative dans les entreprises matures de secteurs aux traditions bien établies. La littérature insiste sur la nécessité d'adopter de nouvelles pratiques managériales et comportementales au sein des écosystèmes innovants. Cet article montre comment une démarche d'ouverture associée au potentiel intrapreneurial des employés permet d'impulser une dynamique d'innovation dans l'écosystème de l'éducation au management. Les effets dysfonctionnants des paradoxes de l'innovation sont limités grâce à deux pratiques qui préservent une certaine continuité : substitution et intégration.
