Abstract

L'introduction de l'IA dans les hôpitaux n'est pas récente. Au début, simple moyen informatique amélioré d'aide à la décision médicale ou à la planification opérationnelle, il propose des évolutions récentes conversationnelles dans des domaines variés. Ceci nous interroge sur le potentiel de l'outil à concevoir et poser une architecture de pilotage. Après avoir rappelé les racines de l'implantation de l'IA à l'hôpital, puis les modalités de production et de structuration d'un plan stratégique hospitalier, nous invitons ici un outil de grande notoriété (ChatGPT, de la société OpenAI) à nous proposer ses propres vues organisatrices sur un hôpital réel pour essayer d'en améliorer la gestion.
