Relation individu-organisation et comportements proactifs de socialisation des neuroatypiques : le cas des Hauts Potentiels Intellectuels (HPI)

Abstract

Cette recherche, qui s'inscrit dans le champ des neuro-atypiques, vise à comprendre quelle relation individu-organisation les individus à Haut Potentiel Intellectuel (HPI) développent au sein des organisations et comment cette relation s'initie par le développement de comportements proactifs de socialisation compensés qui favoriseraient leur socialisation organisationnelle. Sur la base d'un canevas exploratoire qualitatif, des individus HPI (n=20) furent interrogés de manière semi-directive. Les résultats montrent que les HPI développent une relation individu-organisation basée sur la centralité du travail et sur une posture radicale au regard de leur environnement de travail. Les résultats montrent aussi le développement de quatre comportements proactifs de socialisation, cette dernière ne demeurant pas un objectif premier pour les HPI. Après la discussion théorique des résultats, des implications pratiques sont proposées, ainsi que des limites et des pistes pour de futures recherches.
